Old Man Yells At Cloud: Nintendo $60 Game VS Sony $60/$70 Game

Something I’ve been seeing a lot more of recently, is disingenuous comparisons of full priced Nintendo games vs full priced Sony games.  They are disingenuous because nearly every single time they’re comparing two games that are NOTHING alike.  Who the hell thinks comparing something like Uncharted or The Last of Us to a Kirby game or Animal Crossing is in any way valid?

It’s almost always done for attention.

Stop it.

And that goes for the idiots following these trolls, who harass anyone who call these dumbasses out too which I’ve seen happen repeatedly as well.

Oh, another thing.

Metroid Dread, from every impression I’ve seen from people that actually play and enjoy video games instead of spending all their time “trolling” like 12 year olds, is an awesome game that is worth $60.

So stop using the shittiest clips you can find to make these idiotic console warrior tweets.

The developers that make the games you’re using to “own” Nintendo would laugh in your face 99% of the time.

Oh, and video games are about GAME PLAY not how many polygons or effects the game is pushing.

Which BTW, is what every one of these dumbass “comparisons” are about.  People who think graphics are the ONLY thing that matters in a game are the same types that laugh at reports about developer crunch and abuse, often at the same studios making the games they compare Kirby to.

But you see, as long as they get their overbudget, rushed, “pretty” games with or without good game design and concepts they don’t fucking care if half the dev team was nearly worked to death to make it.
